Red Hot Holiday Party Dress - eShakti

This past weekend I attended a holiday party I organized for the department, and it was a little stressful! We had to order a lot of beer and food for the grad students, which coordinating was interesting, but ended up being a success! The next night a friend was hosting a cocktail holiday party at her apartment, and I decided to wear this red hot dress I got from eShakti.com! I was amazed at how beautiful it was and how perfectly it fit! 

eShakti.com has an amazing selection of dresses, skirts, jackets and tops that are all customizable to your body shape! I fell in love with the beaded detail on the shoulders, and the pleats across the chest - very cute and flattering! The dress fit perfectly at the waist, and the dress had some cute pockets that are handy for storing your phone or a small item like an ID or credit card without being noticeable (or you can just totally ignore the pockets and they aren't that noticeable either! I absolutely love the color and material! (Red dresses are my favorite, aside from little black dresses!) It was also so comfortable for a formal dress! It was very flattering to my body shape but didn't make me feel self conscious like the usual body con style dresses! 

On the website, you can select something off their wide selection (I personally loved all of their dresses), and you can customize it to your size. They have different sizes with specific measurements, and then you can select your height - so the dress is made proportionally! and Lastly, you can customize the styling of the dress, as far as the sleeve type, dress length, neckline, and whether you want pockets or not! I went with the options for the dress as they were shown but you can definitely change it up based on what you like! I really like being able to customize the size, especially since I am petite, sometimes clothes are too long, too big, too small, etc.

The dress came very fast and I was impressed. It was folded in a small little box and it wasn't wrinkled at all! I tried on the dress immediately and was so excited with the perfect fit! The website says it will deliver within 14 days of order, and it definitely came faster!

All in all, the dress was a HIT! and I got so many complements on it and how perfectly it fit me! I am very happy with eShakti and can't wait to get another dress customized! They definitely have other dresses and clothes that I can style to wear to lab! 

For the makeup look, I used my Maya Mia Palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills, DipBrow in Medium Brown by Anastasia Beverly Hills (I'm still growing out my brows in hopes of reshaping them!), Smashbox CC Cream, Maybelline Stiletto Liquid Liner, DiorShow BlackOut Mascara, and NYX blush.
